Job Summary: Assist the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in preventive, corrective, and improvement activities on equipment and facilities, ensuring operational continuity and preservation. Collaboration in organizing and managing the maintenance department * Completed high school; * Currently studying or having completed Industrial Mechanics (preferred); Assist the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in executing preventive, corrective, and improvement activities on industrial equipment and facilities, including plastic grinding and extrusion machines and the wastewater treatment system. Collaborate in organizing the maintenance department and controlling spare parts and tools to ensure operational continuity and equipment preservation. Responsibilities: · Conduct periodic inspections of industrial machines and equipment. · Assist in identifying wear or issues, recording information and reporting to the responsible mechanic. · Prepare tools and materials for maintenance execution. · Assist in disassembling and assembling mechanical components. · Perform technical cleaning and minor component replacements. · Carry out equipment lubrication and basic adjustments. · Assist the mechanic during mechanical or hydraulic failure analyses, providing operational support. · Assist in assembling and installing mechanical and structural components, ensuring workplace organization. · Support adjustments and configurations of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. · Maintain the maintenance department in an organized state. · Complete preventive and corrective maintenance records. · Assist in preparing parts for welding. · If qualified, perform minor welding tasks under supervision. · Strictly comply with safety regulations, using PPE and collective protective equipment according to internal procedures. · Support proper disposal of waste generated during maintenance. **Hazardous work allowance (R$ 648.40)** **Meal voucher (R$ 500.00)** Group life insurance Full-time position, Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM), Saturdays (8 AM to 12 PM) Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Salary: R$2,700.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher Selection question(s): * Do you reside in Indaial?
