Collaborate as a team in a pleasant environment Job Title: Junior Waiter Main Responsibilities: \- Provide excellent customer service, delivering prompt and courteous service. \- Take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and monitor food and beverage preparation and delivery. \- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked work area. \- Assist with bill settlement and customer payment processing. \- Contribute to maintaining a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in the establishment. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Minimum of 6 months’ prior experience as a waiter or in similar roles. \- Strong communication skills, courtesy, and attention to detail. \- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. \- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of customer service and basic sommelier concepts. \- Fluency in another language, such as English or Spanish. \- Technical or higher education in gastronomy or hospitality services.
