**TAX ANALYST (ICMS AND TEXTILE SECTOR FOCUS)**

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Perform monthly ICMS, PIS, and COFINS assessments for industrial operations;
* Provide support for tax routines related to billing, procurement, and imports, ensuring correct recording and validation of information;
* Execute and monitor submission of state and federal ancillary obligations, such as DCTFWeb, MIT, and SPEDs;
* Conduct tax reconciliations among SPED, ERP, and accounting systems, analyzing variances, discrepancies, and inconsistencies;
* Participate in preparing processes and systems for Tax Reform, including mapping, parameterization, testing, and validations;
* Propose and implement improvements to tax processes and systems, focusing on data cleansing, operational efficiency, and automation;
* Support implementation of new tax operations, assessing tax impacts and necessary adjustments to processes and systems;
* Monitor state and federal tax legislation, especially RICMS, proposing adjustments focused on tax compliance;
* Interface with internal departments and specialized consulting firms, ensuring technical alignment and support for departmental demands.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Administration, or related fields;
* Experience (preferably 3–5 years) in the tax area;
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
* Knowledge of SPED and ancillary obligations (EFD ICMS/IPI and related);
* Familiarity with the ICMS Regulation (RICMS) and tax compliance routines;
* Experience with ICMS assessment, including calculations, adjustments, reversals, benefits, and special regimes;
* Experience with textile sector presumed credit and import-related controls;
* Knowledge of import-related tax routines (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, and other applicable taxes);
* Knowledge of PIS/COFINS (non-cumulative);
* Experience with tax reconciliations and monthly closing;
* Critical analytical ability, identification of inconsistencies, and data cleansing capability;
Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month
