Focus on best practices for hardware design and validation We are hiring a hardware developer to work on innovative projects integrating hardware, software, and firmware in a collaborative and challenging environment. **Mandatory Qualifications:** Experience in electronic hardware development from conception through testing and validation. Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout. Experience with hardware design best practices, including signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and component selection. Hands-on experience in hardware testing, debugging, and validation using bench instruments. Ability to document technical projects, including schematics and reports. **Desirable Qualifications:** Familiarity with technical standards, certifications, or regulatory requirements. Experience in hardware-firmware integration. Experience in prototyping and field validation. Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in industrial products, IoT, automation, radio frequency, or embedded systems. Experience in projects with regulatory or mission-critical requirements.
