




Job Summary: Provide administrative support for construction projects and services, including invoice control, material verification, and support to the engineering team. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and archiving of technical and administrative documents **Responsibilities:** * Assist in controlling and managing invoices related to construction projects and services; * Perform verification of received materials and incoming documents; * Support tracking of purchase orders and departmental contracts; * Assist in preparing and updating control reports and spreadsheets; * Organize and archive technical and administrative documents; * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the engineering team. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative routines (preferably in engineering, civil construction, or related fields); * Experience in invoice management and material verification; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team; **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7 AM to 5 PM; Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM
