In practice, interns join our **projects** and **technologies**, while simultaneously advancing competencies such as **personal branding**, **emotional intelligence**, **public speaking**, and **diversity**, among others. **Learn about our challenge:** The intern will work at the Professional Qualification Center—the department responsible for designing technical training programs and Regulatory Standards courses—and will support the development of lesson plans, teaching methodologies, learning plans, monitor lesson plan implementation, and assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions. **Requirements and qualifications:** Currently enrolled in Pedagogy, Psychology, or Letters (Teacher Training).
