JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing the company’s Personnel Administration and Occupational Safety departments, overseeing and controlling payroll processing and closing, entries, tax payments, employee hiring and contract terminations, and employee vacations, aiming to comply with current legislation and company policies. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED * Ensure payroll processing and closing, controlling and verifying entries, tax payments, employee hiring and contract terminations, vacations, and employee movements, guaranteeing compliance with legal deadlines through execution and/or supervision of operational routines; * Support departments and leadership by providing guidance on labor legislation to assist in decision-making related to personnel administration, through report generation, meetings, and clarification of doubts; * Represent the company before labor unions and government agencies as a legal representative, attending regulatory bodies and other relevant entities whenever necessary; * Guarantee and control the distribution of uniforms to employees, as well as process payments to suppliers; * Ensure the entire management and control process of health plans (Unimed and Clinipan) provided to employees, including support for optimal negotiation, system enrollment and removal in payroll, correct employee deductions, and timely payments to providers; * Ensure the entire management and control process of the Personal Card provided to employees, as well as timely payment to the provider; * Contribute to reducing labor liabilities through analysis of inconsistency reports related to personnel administration and subsequent guidance to managers, assisting them in implementing preventive and corrective actions; * Provide support to the legal office regarding labor lawsuits by supplying requested documentation within established deadlines; * Ensure that occupational safety actions, plans, and projects are implemented efficiently and in accordance with the Ministry of Labor and Employment’s Regulatory Norms (NRs), through guidance, supervision, and support to Safety Technicians. Ensure people management concerning leave schedules, overtime banks, vacations, and other matters related to working hours, through monitoring of managerial reports submitted by the HR department and direct guidance to employees; * Promote professional development and team motivation through feedback, performance monitoring, and enhancement via technical and behavioral training; Requirements **Experience (in the field):** Personnel Administration **Academic Qualification:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting Sciences, or related fields **Specific Knowledge:** Knowledge of payroll systems (Senior) and time-tracking automation, labor and social security legislation, personnel department processes (electronic time clock, DIRF), eSocial, people management, and internal communication platforms **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
