Job Summary: Infrastructure Assistant responsible for monitoring internet links, configuring network and data center equipment, and providing technical support in Windows and Linux environments. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks and servers. 2. Collaboration in optimizing solutions and providing technical support to users. 3. Working in a dynamic environment with a focus on connectivity and security. Monitor internet links and inter-unit connectivity; Install, configure, and maintain switches, routers, UPS units, and physical data center infrastructure; Install and maintain Windows and Linux servers; Engage third-party IT services by forwarding/opening service tickets; Collaborate in user education and training; Assist in preparing information reports, technical assessments, opinions, and other supporting technical documents; Collaborate in infrastructure analysis and propose solutions to optimize time, cost, and customer satisfaction; Provide technical support within your area of expertise, assisting and clarifying doubts to ensure process execution and information security. **Position:** Infrastructure Assistant **Professional Area:** Information Technology / IT **Requirements: Experience and Qualifications:** Currently pursuing or completed degree in Technology or related fields; Relevant work experience. **Experience and Qualifications:** Currently pursuing or completed degree in Technology or related fields; Relevant work experience.
