Main Responsibilities: * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes (profile alignment, screening, and interviews). * Deliver training and onboarding for new employees. * Execute all Personnel Administration routines: hiring, contract formalization, and employee offboarding. * Payroll management: timekeeping reconciliation, benefits administration, and coordination with accounting. * Organize and maintain personnel records for active and inactive employees. * Monitor termination homologations. * Support the preparation and follow-up of occupational health reports. * Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and regulations. * Organize internal events and internal marketing initiatives.
