Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, controlling, and coordinating administrative area activities of the cooperative, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with institutional objectives. Focus on cooperative governance and results **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Mission Responsible for organizing, controlling, and coordinating administrative area activities of the cooperative, covering building maintenance and renovation demands; space layouts; mail dispatch/reception; travel arrangements; reception; telecommunications; asset security; fleet management; procurement processes; contract management; and services provided by contracted suppliers (e.g., cleaning and maintenance), ensuring quality, operational efficiency, resource optimization, compliance with policies and procedures, and achievement of institutional objectives. * Coordinate service provision, administrative support, and facilities management, including cleaning, maintenance, layout changes, building renovations, outsourced services (canteen, cleaning, reception, landscaping), mobile telephony services, fleet administration support, travel controls, dispatch services (motorcycle courier, express delivery, transport rental), pouches, and correspondence. * Ensure service delivery objectives are met. * Control and manage contracts with area suppliers. * Ensure internal cooperative members’ satisfaction within the scope of operations. * Coordinate physical facility asset security. * Coordinate fixed asset control activities. * Coordinate procurement processes. * Ensure supplier development aligned with supply strategies in technical and economic aspects. * Leadership knowledge, with ability to coordinate teams, guide activities, and support employee development. **Requirements:** Requirements * Education compatible with the administrative field; * Experience in administrative routines and contract and service management; * Knowledge of cooperative governance, including cooperative principles, internal regulations, good management practices, compliance, and alignment with institutional guidelines; * Organizational, planning, and decision-making skills. * Systemic vision and results orientation; * Clear communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Commitment to cooperative values and institutional governance. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Clothing allowance, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
