Organize, file, and digitize documents. Support the administrative department in daily routines. Issue and verify invoices, receipts, or protocols. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails. Maintain documentation related to projects. Schedule meetings and appointments. Assist in office supply inventory control. Provide support to other departments as needed. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
