And you can be part of this team. **Job Description:** * Perform front-end loader checklist (water, oil, tires, etc.) before operations. * Grease the machine according to internal procedures and conduct periodic lubrication. * Operate front-end loader and/or forklift as required. * Fill aggregate bins at the plant and assist in material handling. * Record working hours in the time-tracking application according to internal guidelines. * Support fuel supply and receipt for the fleet, where applicable. * Perform work at heights (above 2 meters), following safety regulations. * Contribute to warehouse and yard cleaning and organization. * Report equipment issues to Maintenance and tire-related irregularities to the Tire Department. * Ensure equipment preservation and operational safety. **Requirements:** * Front-end loader operator certification; * Prior experience in this role; * Flexible working hours and availability for temporary work; * Commitment, responsibility, and strong communication skills; * Residency in the region. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with plant or construction site routines * Basic mechanical knowledge Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$3\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
