The candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety and order, controlling access of people and vehicles, receiving and delivering mail and packages, maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, and performing minor repairs and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas * Keep the courtyard and common areas organized * Mow the lawn and perform basic garden maintenance * Perform minor repairs as needed * Support overall environmental organization **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Organizational skills and responsibility * Experience in general services or janitorial work is a plus **Schedule:** \- Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:18 PM.
