Job Summary: A professional responsible for the daily cleaning and organization of indoor and outdoor areas of an Auto Center, including coffee preparation and supply replenishment. Key Highlights: 1. Daily cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas 2. Bathroom sanitation and restocking of supplies 3. Preparation and provision of coffee Main Responsibilities: * Perform daily cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas of the Auto Center using specific cleaning materials and equipment, such as disinfectants, waxes, removers, brooms, vacuum cleaners, etc. * Dust furniture, sweep floors, vacuum debris, clean glass and windows, empty trash bins, and sanitize bathrooms—restocking items such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. * Clean, wash, and sanitize refrigerators and microwave ovens located in the cafeteria and meeting rooms. * Prepare and provide coffee in thermal carafes for employees, and ensure disposable cups for coffee and water are stocked in dispensers. * Monitor consumption of cleaning supplies and request replenishment from the supervisor whenever necessary. * Maintain organization of the storage area for cleaning products and supplies.
