Carries out cleaning of pumping equipment after concrete placement Job Description **Position:** Concrete Pump Assistant Our Concrete Pump Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the concrete pump operation process. **Responsibilities and Duties:** · Place traffic cones and ensure pedestrian walkways when necessary; · Install hoses and/or pipelines, securing them at appropriate and safe locations; · Dismantle and transport fixed pipelines installed on completed construction sites; · Perform necessary lubrication of the pumping system after each pumping cycle; · Handle the flexible hose throughout the entire concrete placement process together with site personnel, when required; · Carry out maintenance and cleaning of hoses, pipelines, and pumping equipment after each concrete placement; · Clean the company yard; · Keep the dispatch center informed about discharge speed and possible truck shortages; **·** Operate the concrete pump, if required, upon completion of specific training. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed elementary education. **We Offer** · CLT employment regime · Salary: R$ 2,000.00 · Production bonus: R$ 1.00 per m³ (average R$ 900.00) · Overtime pay: average R$ 600.00 (30 overtime hours) · Variable operational bonus: up to R$ 300.00 Benefits: · Transportation allowance; · Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day (average monthly amount R$ 660.00) · Internal training program with opportunities for internal career growth; **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Average of 2 overtime hours per day, plus additional hours on Saturdays when production is scheduled.
