Work Format: In-person Working Hours: Business hours, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 01:00 PM to 6:18 PM Residency Requirement: Must reside in Blumenau/SC or surrounding region. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (in progress or completed) — considered a plus Prior experience in negotiation or credit recovery Experience in law firms — considered a plus Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse client profiles Strong negotiation capability. Profile: Communicative, proactive, results-oriented, with strong relationship-building capacity, acting ethically and professionally. Responsibilities: Develop negotiation proposals delivering favorable outcomes for our clients; conduct strategic and assertive active credit recovery and collections; focus on achieving team and client goals; lead negotiations aligned with defined strategies, ensuring engagement and high performance.
