**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage, expand, and retain the PJ cooperative members’ portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and strengthening institutional relationships. * Provide specialized consultative service to companies, ensuring financial solutions that support their operations and growth. * Increase penetration of PJ products and services among the cooperative members’ base. * Ensure portfolio quality and profitability of PJ operations. * Achieve and exceed commercial and strategic targets defined for the PJ segment. * Expand the use of digital channels among PJ cooperative members, increasing operational efficiency. * Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across all PJ operations. * Contribute to the development of the local and regional business ecosystem. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * CPA 10 or CPA 20\. * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). * Knowledge of Personal Credit Products, Investments, Pension Plans, and Insurance. * Knowledge of Cooperative Credit Systems / Regulations and legal aspects. * Knowledge of digital platforms and self-service tools for PJ clients (internet banking, mobile apps, integration APIs). * Knowledge of technology solutions applicable to business management (ERP, bank reconciliation, electronic bills). * Knowledge of CRM and BI tools for portfolio management. * Knowledge of trends in financial services for businesses (open finance, PIX, digital credit).
