We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build careers and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for identifying, designing, integrating, and/or implementing improvements to the company’s information systems, aiming to increase operational efficiency, optimize/automate processes, and ensure information security; Will collaborate seamlessly with the process team and closely cooperate with other teams to understand business needs and propose accurate, innovative information systems; Will monitor the organization’s business processes to identify, design, integrate, and/or implement improvements to information systems aimed at optimizing workflows; Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications; Will monitor system performance, performing optimizations and updates as needed; Will ensure company data security and integrity by implementing information security practices; Will train and support end users in utilizing new systems and features; Will research emerging technologies and market trends, recommending relevant innovations for the company; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or specialization in specific IT areas such as software architecture, cloud computing, or information security; Proven experience in systems analysis; Experience in system integration; Knowledge of project management tools and agile methodologies; Strong oral and written communication skills; Proactivity and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Textile ERP systems; Experience in system integration; Experience in workflow development; Experience in building dashboards using BI (Business Intelligence) tools; Knowledge of system logic and programming. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal voucher, health insurance, and life insurance.
