Responsibilities and duties * Conduct procurement of materials, products, and services according to internal demands; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms, ensuring optimal cost-benefit; * Monitor orders and delivery schedules, ensuring agreement compliance; * Support internal departments in technical specifications and supplier selection; * Issue and manage purchase orders in the system; * Prepare reports and performance indicators for the purchasing area; * Assist in audit and compliance processes, keeping records and documentation up to date. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor’s or technical degree in **Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Logistics**, or related fields; * Previous experience in **purchasing**; * Knowledge in **supplier management and negotiation**; * Experience with **ERP systems** is desirable; * **Advanced Excel skills**.
