Job Summary: Professional required to coordinate and supervise itinerant public construction projects in SC, focusing on pavement construction, infrastructure, and drainage, leading teams and resolving problems. Key Highlights: 1. Itinerant work on public construction projects in the SC region 2. Coordination and supervision of activities at construction sites 3. Team management and problem solving The projects will be itinerant across the SC region, with no fixed site; all are public works. **Mandatory requirement**: Must have knowledge of pavement construction, infrastructure, and drainage. **Construction Coordination**: Acts as the liaison between engineers and the workforce, ensuring technical instructions are followed and that the project progresses as planned. **Activity Supervision**: Supervises activities at the construction site, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. This includes monitoring the use of materials and equipment. **Problem Solving**: Responsible for resolving conflicts and unforeseen issues arising during construction, using experience to make prompt and effective decisions. **Communication**: Maintains communication among workers, engineers, and architects, reporting progress and difficulties while ensuring alignment with project objectives. **Team Management**: A strong leader capable of motivating and coordinating the team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
