Job Summary: We are seeking an estimator to prepare detailed proposals for electronic security systems, assessing customer needs and ensuring technical feasibility. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a professional to assume the role of estimator within our team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer needs in coordination with account executives, understanding client requirements, and preparing detailed budget proposals for the implementation of electronic security systems. **Responsibilities:** · Assess customer security requirements through meetings with account executives and analysis of technical documentation; · Develop accurate and detailed budget proposals, considering required equipment, labor, timelines, and other involved resources; · Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility, selecting optimal systems for each project; · Stay updated on trends and innovations in electronic security systems, and monitor market pricing to ensure competitiveness in proposals; · Prepare necessary technical and commercial documentation to support proposals, including technical specifications, schedules, and descriptions. **Requirements:** · Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into commercial proposals; · Excellent communication and writing skills; · Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team; · Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. - Prior experience and technical knowledge of electronic security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and infrastructure; - Preparation and review of technical budgets; - Reading and preparation of technical sketches, as well as other relevant experience in this field.
