Training and guidance on safe practices * **Risk Management:** Identify, assess, and control environmental and ergonomic risks. * **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to the Ministry of Labor's Regulatory Standards (NRs). * **Training:** Guide employees on safe practices, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE). * **Investigation:** Investigate accident causes and propose preventive/corrective measures.
