




Job Summary: The professional will inspect workplaces, identify and eliminate hazards, develop safety training programs, identify unhealthy working conditions, and collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA). Key Highlights: 1. Focus on worker safety and health 2. Active participation in accident prevention 3. Development and delivery of safety training * Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazardous conditions, and take necessary measures to eliminate risks; * Assist in gathering information for labor defense preparation and accompany technical expert assessments arising from judicial proceedings; * Develop training, guidance, and awareness programs for employees regarding mandatory and recommended attitudes and procedures for workplace safety; * Identify unhealthy working conditions and adopt protective, preventive, and/or corrective measures to ensure worker health; * Collaborate with CIPA programs to implement corrective and preventive solutions for occupational accidents; * Analyze occupational accident statistics and absenteeism due to occupational diseases to implement corrective measures; * Investigate occupational accidents, analyze root causes, and, if necessary, issue the Occupational Accident Communication (CAT).
