Job Summary: Professional to lead and manage the maintenance team, optimize industrial processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of RCM and industrial safety standards Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage the maintenance team (technicians and mechanics), assign tasks, and monitor performance. * Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate emergency repairs (corrective maintenance). * Monitor and control performance indicators (KPIs), such as MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and maintenance costs. * Manage inventory of critical spare parts and consumables, and conduct supplier negotiations. * Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations. * Align scheduled shutdowns with production to minimize operational impact. * Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and optimize processes. * Train and develop the team on new technologies and best maintenance practices.
