We serve the entire market with services and products for municipalities, waste collection companies, industries, hospitals, condominiums, and other businesses seeking proper waste management. **What will you do?** Perform operational tasks independently or as part of a team; Conduct on-site and in-facility container maintenance; Manually wash containers; Assemble containers; Log completed services via a mobile application; Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and the workplace; Report any issues to your supervisor that may cause loss or harm to the company; **We’d love it if you meet the following requirements:** Completed elementary education; Knowledge of manual, electric, and pneumatic tools; Availability for travel within the state and flexibility regarding working hours. **It’s a plus if you have:** Experience in the operational field. **Location:** Blumenau/SC \- Fortaleza **What are my working hours?** Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. One Saturday per month. **Salary:** R$1\.653,64 R$ 607,20 Hazard Pay R$ 160,00 Attendance Bonus Transportation voucher for public transportation Medical and dental insurance (Unimed and Uniodonto \- After probation period) Pharmacy benefits (After probation period) Meal allowance: R$ 150.00 per month Food allowance: R$ 735.00 per month PLR (Profit Sharing) Travel allowances (Paid only when overnight stay occurs**)** Banked hours paid every 6 months Overtime after completing 2 hours of banked time. **Does this opportunity match your profile?
