Actions include monitoring and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance plans, prioritizing: * Asset availability: ensuring equipment and systems remain operational with minimal downtime, achieved through efficient intervention planning and resource management; * Variable compensation component: directly contributing to achieving operational performance indicators that affect team variable remuneration and unit results; * Asset and personnel safety: ensuring the physical integrity of facilities and employee safety, based on application of sound maintenance practices, compliance with technical standards, and safety protocols. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed technical or high school education in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or Electroelectronics; * Willingness to travel; * Driver's license category B or C. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us.
