Job Summary: The LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed Art Retoucher to finalize screen printing files, develop decoration technical sheets, and oversee testing of new decorative techniques. Teamwork and organization LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the position of Art Retoucher in our company. Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Fashion, Design, or related fields; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator / Photoshop); Technical knowledge of garment construction / product engineering; Technical knowledge of textile printing; Knowledge of color separation; Strong teamwork skills; Relevant professional experience; Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks; Responsibilities: Finalize screen printing files, including frame separation for photolithography production; Develop decoration technical sheets with application instructions; Evaluate created artwork and determine the need for size grading (size run); Submit and monitor tests of new decorative techniques; Archive and maintain organized records of new decorative technique tests; Support adherence to the collection artwork finalization schedule; Adjust colors according to the collection’s color palette; Conduct garment construction tests when necessary to validate artwork fit.
