In Brazil, we are 47,000 talents building a purpose-driven future.** We are seeking a professional to support unit management, ensuring the delivery of contracted food services while focusing on quality, safety, and achievement of operational targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop action plans, formulate strategies, and create and innovate initiatives that optimize unit performance; * Monitor all qualitative and quantitative unit results—and/or those of processes under your responsibility—to enhance customer satisfaction and improve unit profitability; * Support the Unit Manager in the technical and behavioral training of employees, overseeing the onboarding process, providing appropriate daily task guidance, establishing clear two-way communication, and promoting all aspects of health and safety; * Analyze inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for unit supplies; * Support daily cost analysis, data entry, and generation and analysis of managerial/financial reports for your unit; **Key Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with an active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); **Work Schedule:** Business hours — 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Benefits That Care for Your Whole Self** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
