Opportunities for development and well-being ### **Responsibilities:** * Systems Project Management * Monitoring Greenfield & Brownfield projects * Scope, schedule, and resource control * Internal meetings and client meetings for status reporting. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in Systems Development * Knowledge of Project Management disciplines * Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement at the Lyncas office in Jaraguá do Sul, at least one day per week. ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Project Manager for systems/software projects * Fluent English * PSM certification * PMP certification * **Proficiency in at least one additional programming language for over one year.** ### **Soft Skills** * Discipline * Organization * Negotiation and influence skills * Excellent communication **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
