Your Challenge: * Product Strategist with Technical Vision: Define and execute product strategy, leveraging your technical background to deeply understand the possibilities, limitations, and trade-offs of each decision. * Bridge Between Business and Technology: Translate business needs into viable technical requirements and communicate complex technical decisions clearly and strategically to non-technical stakeholders. What You Will Lead: * Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, create and maintain the strategic roadmap, identify market opportunities, and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Backlog Management and Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the backlog based on both technical and business criteria, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, considering technical debt, architecture, and implementation feasibility. * Discovery and Validation: Conduct user research, data analysis, and experiments (A/B tests, MVPs) to validate hypotheses and make data-driven decisions. * Technical Leadership of the Product: Actively participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and trade-offs, bringing the product perspective and ensuring technical solutions meet real user needs. * Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, results, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and negotiate priorities backed by technical insight. * Metrics and Analysis: Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze usage data, identify patterns, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement. Our Ideal Candidate: We seek a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strategic product vision and exceptional communication skills. Mandatory Requirements: * Solid Technical Background (5+ years): Proven experience as a software developer (backend, frontend, or full stack), with deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and the development lifecycle. * Experience as Product Owner/Manager (2+ years): A track record of successfully managing digital products from conception through launch and iteration. * Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies, with hands-on experience as a PO in agile teams. * Analytics and Metrics: Ability to define relevant KPIs, analyze data (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude), and make data-driven decisions. * UX/UI and Design Thinking: Knowledge of UX/UI principles, ability to collaborate with designers and conduct usability testing. * Exceptional Communication: Skill in translating complex technical concepts into business language—and vice versa—to facilitate alignment across all areas. * Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically about product, market, competition, and positioning. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Experience in startups or high-growth environments. * Knowledge of Growth Product Management and acquisition/retention strategies. * Certifications in Product Management (CSPO, PSPO) or related fields. * Experience with product management tools (Jira, Productboard, Aha!, Miro). * Experience with SaaS, B2B, or complex platform products. * SQL knowledge for independent data analysis. * Prior experience developing features that generated measurable business impact.
