With expertise in product development for the HR and/or ATS domain. As a Product Analyst, you will serve as the guardian of the Recruitment and Selection product, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prioritize requirements and roadmap definition. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and interpret product usage and performance data to identify insights and improvement opportunities. * Conduct market and user research to understand customer needs and industry trends. * Collaborate with the product team in developing new features and enhancements, providing relevant information to support decision-making. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports for tracking outcomes. * Participate in planning and strategic alignment meetings, contributing the user’s perspective. * Support the product team in prioritizing requirements and defining the development roadmap. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Proven experience of 3–5 years in this role or a similar position; * Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation of metrics, and preparation of management reports; * Experience with impact-driven prioritization (OKRs, business metrics); * Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development workflows; * Experience in high-scale, fast-growth, or digitally transforming environments; * Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to work effectively in teams; * Experience in the technology market with HR and/or ATS products; * Practical knowledge or use of AI applied to recruitment (matching, screening, automation). **WHAT MAY ENHANCE YOUR APPLICATION:** * Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent operations; * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure, etc.; * Knowledge of UX/UI and user journey; * Certification in Product Analysis or related areas; * Fluent Spanish. **Our Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * PPLR — Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Wiipo card with flexible benefits; * Wiipo Club offering exclusive discounts and advantages; * TotalPass — Gym and wellness benefit; * OnHappy — Travel benefits and advantages; * Banked hours; * Citizen company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Birth assistance; * PET assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan. **Our Senior Way of Being:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
