We are looking for diverse talents who wish to transform the lives of over 1.7 million cooperative members and the entire community. **This position is exclusively for professionals with disabilities.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify talents throughout the attraction, recruitment, and selection process using departmental platforms and tools, in order to support hiring processes with the required number and qualification of professionals, ensuring effective selection aligned with the needs and values of the Ailos System; * Align, together with leaders and area managers, suitable professional profiles according to the cooperative’s needs and strategy, aiming to strengthen the workforce and drive achievement of planned organizational results; * Conduct and monitor all processes under your responsibility — from profile alignment and job posting, to resume screening, interviews, behavioral analysis, technical assessments and tests, and feedback delivery — ensuring consistency, coherence, and efficiency across all recruitment and selection stages; * Monitor and support implementation of improvements to the selection process, strictly adhering to established guidelines, contributing to enhanced process efficiency and candidate experience; * Support and propose improvements to the selection process through received feedback and continuous monitoring of key indicators, contributing to improved process efficiency and candidate experience; * Continuously assess the quality and sustainability of the Ailos System’s talent pool, identifying areas and positions requiring action to achieve greater and better talent inclusion, analyzing the most qualified and likely-to-apply profiles for available positions, to ensure availability of talents aligned with organizational needs and strategies; * Guide, when necessary, leaders and other Ailos System collaborators regarding talent management tools and operations, clarifying any doubts and instructing on specific actions; * Conduct exit interviews for termination of employment relationships, as well as analyze and report on such processes to leaders and/or cooperatives; * Monitor and participate in selection processes for apprenticeship and internship programs; * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential:** * Availability to work in Blumenau/SC; * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Certification in Behavioral Analysis. **Additional Information** WHAT ELSE WE OFFER... * Medical Assistance – it’s good to have, if needed * Dental Assistance – because we love smiles here * Renascer Program – one life renews another * Significant Dates – we love feeling what truly matters * Education Investment – we’re with you on your learning journey ;) * Results Participation – we build together, celebrate together on the Day of Belonging! * Individual Development Plan – we value your career ownership * Private Pension Plan – we like thinking about future possibilities * Life Insurance – important, right? rs * Time Together – we recognize those who enjoy being with us * Meal and/or Food Allowance – delicious! * Transportation Allowance – no deductions?
