




Description: Required education: * Technical course in automation, electrical engineering, electronics, data processing, or similar. Desired knowledge: * Knowledge of hardware for control systems (PLCs, DCS, remote data acquisition units, power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, electrical panels) * Proficiency in developing PLC application software (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS software, and/or supervisory systems * Preparation of equipment and instrument specifications, logic diagrams, interconnection diagrams, and control loops * Platform, field, and startup testing * Assisted operation * Training * Knowledge of process control instrumentation * Knowledge of electrical equipment * Knowledge of industrial field networks * Knowledge of optical fiber networks and related accessories * Familiarity with motor drives and variable-frequency drives (VFDs), soft starters, motor control centers (MCCs), substations, and electrical controls * Knowledge of NR-10 (Brazilian electrical safety regulation) * Professional registration required As an Automation Technician, you will: * Execute automation projects together with engineering teams, organizing development and performing detailed design work—from specification through to implementation at the client site. * Prepare equipment and instrument specifications, logic diagrams, interconnection diagrams, control loops, P&I flowcharts, specifications, data sheets, and instrument lists * Develop PLC and/or supervisory application software; design field networks; design PLC and electrical panels; perform DF analyses; prepare cable lists; conduct platform and field tests; perform commissioning; execute startup; provide assisted operation; deliver training. 2512080202191852740
