We were incubated by Eretzbio, the innovation hub of the Albert Einstein Israelite Hospital, won first place in the 38th edition of the INSEAD Venture Competition (France), and were recognized by LinkedIn as one of Brazil’s Top Startups in 2024. **Responsibilities:** * Support the definition of credit granting strategies through data analysis; * Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and management controls; * Monitor KPIs of implemented policies; * Develop and implement statistical models focused on credit; * Participate in the modeling of new credit products; * Collaborate with technology and operations teams to integrate developed models into our platform; * Enhance existing processes and policies. **What We’re Looking For:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Exact Sciences (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics) or related fields; * Prior experience in credit granting, credit risk management, financial products, or related areas; * Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis; * Practical experience in statistical and machine learning modeling; * Advanced Excel and VBA proficiency; * Experience with data analysis tools such as R, SQL, or Python is desirable; * Intermediate English; **What We Offer:** * Flexible Flash benefits card (Meal, Food, Mobility, Health, Education, and Culture); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Remote work, with 1 in-person day per month in São Paulo/SP or Barueri/SP.
