Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service **Position:** Customer Relationship Assistant. **Job Description:** Full-time: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. The Customer Relationship Assistant will be responsible for supporting and performing customer service activities, monitoring freight deliveries from origin to final destination. The professional will interact with customers and internal departments, providing clarifications, registering incidents, and contributing to resolving delivery-related issues, ensuring service quality and timely information. **Requirements:** * Completed High School (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred); * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation processes; * Proficiency in management systems and electronic spreadsheets; **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customers with delivery status updates via phone, e\-mail, or digital platforms; * Organize and schedule freight deliveries; * Identify reasons for delivery refusal and register incidents in the system; * Monitor the status of available and delayed shipments using reports; * Track fiscal pending issues related to freight, maintaining contact with customers and fiscal authorities when necessary; * Record inspection-related terms and incidents and forward them to responsible parties for follow-up; * Update records and controls within the Customer Service department; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and satisfaction. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary based on experience; * Meal allowance; **How to Apply:** Interested candidates must submit their resumes through our recruitment system. ### **Requirements** ##### **Studies** High School (2nd Degree) ### **Valued** ##### **Professional experience** Between 1 and 3 years ### **About VITLOG TRANSPORTES** With 26 years of operation in the logistics sector, Vitlog Transportes is a national reference in road transportation solutions.
