Here, the challenge goes far beyond supporting routine operations. We seek someone who is **organized, analytical, and detail-oriented**, capable of assisting engineering teams with technical control, planning, and execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting technological control of construction services performed on-site. * Interpreting project drawings and technical specifications. * Preparing sketches, technical drawings, and quantity/cost spreadsheets. * Supporting budgeting for construction projects and renovations, analyzing direct and indirect costs. * Organizing and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation for the project. * Inspecting material and service quality, proposing solutions when necessary. * Assisting with planning, execution, supervision, and measurement of construction work. * Monitoring maintenance and storage of equipment and materials. * Using software and tools supporting engineering activities. What we expect from you: * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Civil Engineering. * Prior experience in vertical residential construction projects. * Field experience at construction sites. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, and effective communication.
