Job Summary: Responsible for serving cooperative members, clarifying questions about products and services, supporting management, and contributing to goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Prospecting new cooperative members and business opportunities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for directly or telephonically serving cooperative members, assisting\-them with PA processes (clarifying questions about their products and services, accounts, cash services, registration updates, ATM usage, etc.), offering and clarifying questions about the Institution’s products and services, and providing management support in prospecting new cooperative members and negotiating products and services, aiming to contribute to results and achievement of established goals. * Offer products and services according to each cooperative member’s needs. * Market existing portfolio products and services, as well as perform other frontline service duties. * Prospect new cooperative members and new business opportunities beneficial to the cooperative, its members, and the community. * Contribute to results and achievement of established goals. * Assist in preparing commercial proposals for products and services to cooperative members. * Assist cooperative members in regularizing their debts. **Requirements:** * Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) * CPA certification preferred * Dynamic and proactive * Strong verbal and written communication skills **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Clothing allowance, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
