Risk analysis and continuous process improvement **Process and Project Analyst in Blumenau/SC** **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Medical Assistance + Dental Plan + Pharmacy Benefit + Profit Sharing (PLR) + Life Insurance + Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance + On-site Meal **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:40 **Job Responsibilities:** • Develop and maintain the collection schedule (development stages, prototypes, samples, production, delivery) using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools; • Lead progress-tracking meetings: prepare agendas, record minutes, track pending items, and ensure alignment among involved departments; • Conduct risk analysis for collection projects: identify potential deviations in timeline, cost, or quality; propose mitigation plans; monitor implementation; • Monitor performance indicators and generate management reports for leadership; • Propose and implement improvements to collection development processes to enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and ensure adherence to deadlines. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Fashion/Textiles, Project Management, or related fields • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for schedule development and tracking. • Experience in the field Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$7,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
