Job Summary: Process and Project Analyst responsible for developing, monitoring, and optimizing the collection schedule and processes, mitigating risks, and generating management reports. Propose and implement improvements to the collection development processes **Process and Project Analyst in Blumenau/SC** **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Medical Assistance + Dental Plan + Pharmacy Benefit + Profit Sharing (PLR) + Life Insurance + Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance + On-site Meals **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM **Job Responsibilities:** • Develop and maintain the collection schedule (development stages, prototypes, samples, production, delivery) using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools; • Conduct progress review meetings: prepare agendas, record minutes, track pending items, and ensure alignment among involved departments; • Perform risk analysis for the collection project: identify potential deviations in timeline, cost, or quality; propose mitigation plans; track actions; • Monitor performance indicators and generate management reports for leadership; • Propose and implement improvements to the collection development processes to enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve adherence to deadlines. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Fashion/Textiles, Project Management, or related fields • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for schedule development and tracking. • Experience in the field Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$7,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
