REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or higher education (completed or in progress) in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in the role, especially in payroll calculation and closing; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. ADDITIONAL ASSET: Familiarity with Senior system. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Control and operate the electronic timekeeping system, monitoring records, balances, justifications, and absences; * Assist employees regarding payroll, benefits, documents, and employment records; * Support the implementation of disciplinary measures, issuing and organizing required documentation; * Monitor vacation expiration dates, coordinate vacation periods with departments, and ensure correct registration and payment; * Request inclusion, exclusion, and adjustments of benefits, maintaining control over usage, deadlines, and documentation; * Monitor and manage operations of the outsourced cafeteria; * Execute absence-related procedures, updating systems and communicating with involved departments. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 5:20 PM; Fridays until 5:10 PM\.
