Job Summary: The HR professional will be responsible for managing HR department operations including payroll, recruitment, selection, and other related activities, as well as implementing training programs. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources. **- Blumenau - Passo Manso - Small/Medium-Sized Refrigeration Industry** **Required Knowledge** - Experience in human resources department, recruitment, selection, and onboarding. - Experience in job evaluation and salary administration, performance management, internal communication, endomarketing, and training is desirable. - Experience in HR within an industrial environment is desirable. - Completed bachelor's degree in related fields: Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources. **Responsibilities:** - Manage existing HR processes: payroll, vacation administration, time tracking, benefits, PPE control, hiring, termination, onboarding, probationary period evaluations, performance evaluations, union relations, coordination with accounting, recruitment and selection, and other related HR activities. - Implement training initiatives.
