Requirements: * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields; * Experience in T\&D and performance management; * Knowledge of learning methodologies (70:20:10, microlearning, active learning); * Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital corporate education tools; * Preferred: knowledge of AI applied to learning.
