Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the checkout and serving customers in accordance with established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards—scanning items, collecting payments, performing cash withdrawals, closing the register, and reconciling daily transactions at the end of the shift. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout by following protocols, rules, regulations, and pre-established standards; scanning/weighing products; consulting code tables; checking product labels, scale weights, and system matching; processing payments—including verifying prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back when accepting checks—and authenticating cash when receiving cash payments; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and proper checkout closing—counting cash, totaling amounts, signing documentation, and submitting it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box—to prevent accumulation of exposed cash and ensure accurate reconciliation; Contribute to achieving targets for current campaigns by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for follow-up; Contribute to reducing loss rates at the checkout area through preventive actions such as minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, and promptly returning perishable goods; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition, and request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting merchandise for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, including shelf stocking, checkout stand replenishment, pricing, product expiry date verification, and gift packaging; Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** Fully on-site position **Work Location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working Hours:** 17:20–21:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Retail Store Shopping Benefits Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
