With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cash register operations and customer service, adhering to protocols, rules, standards, and pre-established norms; scanning and registering merchandise, collecting payments, performing cash withdrawals, closing the register, and reconciling daily transactions at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cash register by following protocols, rules, standards, and pre-established norms; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, verifying product labels, checking weight on scales and system matching; processing payments—including verifying prior authorization and making proper notations on the back when accepting checks—and authenticating cash; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure by counting cash, totaling amounts, signing documentation, and submitting it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box—thereby avoiding excessive exposed cash and ensuring accurate reconciliation; Contribute to achieving targets for current campaigns by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for resolution; Help reduce loss rates at the front-end by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, promptly returning perishables, etc.; Maintain the workplace and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and preparing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift packaging, etc.; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Anfilóquio Nunes Píres, 4242 \- Bela Vista / Gaspar \- SC Working hours: 4:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health insurance plan Dental insurance plan Pharmacy discount program Retail store purchase discount program Life insurance Performance-based bonus Attendance bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
