Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit and Collections Assistant with an analytical, proactive profile and strong interpersonal communication skills to work on credit recovery and delinquency reduction. In this role, your mission will be: * Perform daily reconciliation of bank return files and payments; * Validate amounts received in checking accounts according to negotiated agreements; * Execute manual and automatic clearing of receivables in the system; * Ensure correct settlement of received amounts; * Prepare, verify, and transmit banking files; * Execute instructions such as extensions, clearing, discounts, and stop payments on receivables; * Conduct negotiations with customers for credit recovery; * Reduce portfolio delinquency; * Ensure credits are received and properly accounted for; * Monitor deadlines and support continuous improvement of credit and collections processes. Here’s what we expect from you: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Sheets.
