Job Summary: Responsible for the movement, receipt, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and loss control. Key Highlights: 1. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the appropriate and organized movement of goods in the warehouse—from receipt to dispatch—as well as for cleaning and organizing the department. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Assist in the appropriate and organized movement of goods in the warehouse, receiving, sorting, and storing them in pre-defined locations, following established workflows and standards; Assist in sorting goods by category and/or according to orders; Participate in periodic and demand-driven inventories, performing merchandise count reviews; Participate in loss prevention activities by inspecting for damages, expiration dates, misplacements, shortages, and product integrity, and promptly notifying leadership regarding products nearing expiration; Control product or work material waste and report possible negligence to leadership, including packaging violations, thefts, etc.; Ensure proper use and maintain organization of the workplace and equipment; Assist in related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Flexible availability of working hours; **Additional information:** Fully on-site position **Work location:** Rua Hermann Tribess, 1026 \- Tribess, Blumenau \- SC, 89057\-300 **Working hours:** 08:00–12:00, 13:00–16:20 (Saturday: 4 hours) **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
