Job Summary: A professional responsible for general maintenance of the gas station yard and building, including cleaning, gardening, and repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general cleaning, grass cutting, and garbage collection 2. Carries out building painting and hydraulic maintenance 3. Requires knowledge of health and safety, N35 course, and gardening expertise **Main Responsibilities:** Perform general cleaning in the gas station yard; Cut grass, mow, collect garbage; Perform painting for building maintenance; Carry out hydraulic maintenance of the building. **Requirements:** Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety; N35 Course (Working at Heights); Gardening expertise. **Education:** Incomplete Elementary School.
