Job Summary: Supervisor for the Cleaning and Maintenance team responsible for indoor and outdoor areas of the park, working on a rotating 6x1 schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Team Leadership in Cleaning and Maintenance 2. Management of Indoor and Outdoor Park Areas Supervisor for the Cleaning and Maintenance team responsible for indoor and outdoor areas of the park. Work schedule follows a 6x1 rotation with Tuesdays off. Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:20, subject to change based on operational needs. Base salary consists of BRL 2.250,00 \+ Hazard Pay BRL 648.40 \+ Average monthly Meal Voucher of BRL 550.00, BRL 200.00 monthly Attendance Bonus, BRL 100.00 Google Goal Bonus, free park admission every six months (3 tickets), Unimed or Health Allowance up to BRL 130.00, Uniodonto dental plan, Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance, ACIP discounts, and free admission to Cascanéia Park.
