JOIN US AND GROW! **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure compliance of intermediate processes and products, aiming to reduce operational costs and maintain final product quality; Prepare reports related to the production process, implementing and maintaining the Statistical Process Control System; Support industrial automation in the plant by analyzing the use of expert control systems, pursuing excellence indicators; Contribute to production process optimization through monitoring of facilities and their key technical indicators, directly acting to correct deviations; Contribute to the plant’s technical and economic advancement via studies, trials, and adoption of new technologies enabling reduction of industrial costs for both products and production processes—without compromising quality or equipment; Contribute to reducing unsafe acts and eliminating unsafe conditions for employees, contractors, and facilities through participation in and support of safety programs; Support qualification and development of unit personnel regarding Processes and Automation; Assess the impact of alternative fuel usage on production quality and productivity, seeking balance among various control variables; Prioritize personal and third-party safety by observing existing signage, using personal protective equipment, and fully complying with internal norms and procedures as previously trained.
