In this role, you will work closely with business units, support strategic decisions, and contribute to reinforcing our culture and business results. Your focus will be on **Talent Acquisition, Development, and Career Management**, helping build consistent, organization-aligned professional journeys. **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Lead Talent Acquisition processes—including identification, selection, and hiring of professionals aligned with company culture;
* Organize and oversee Onboarding and Offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience from employee entry through separation;
* Promote Development and Career Management initiatives—contributing to training programs, feedback mechanisms, and succession planning;
* Support and monitor organizational climate initiatives to foster a healthy, collaborative workplace;
* Act as a strategic consultant to leadership, ensuring application of best practices in People Management aligned with business objectives;
* Track HR performance indicators and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in **P**sychology, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields.
* Practical experience in People-related activities—especially in Talent Acquisition, Development, and support for career and people management initiatives.
* Experience partnering with leadership to support decision-making and process organization within the People function.
**Tools and Knowledge:**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel and PowerPoint—for data organization, analysis, and presentations.
* Familiarity with HR management systems, recruitment platforms, or job boards.
* You stand out if you have experience with ATS, recruitment platforms, behavioral assessments, or performance management tools.
